Rhonda’s passion for yoga shines through in her classes. She is a certified RYT200 Yoga Instructor, with additional certification in Chair Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

In addition to guiding students through the asanas (postures) of traditional Hatha yoga for the physical benefits of building strength, flexibility and balance, Rhonda embodies the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of this ancient practice. All are made to feel welcome and safe, at any level of experience.
